The radios on this page are what's known as World Band radio's . They  all have shortwave ( SW ) frequencies on them.  Generally you get what you pay for with shortwave radio's. Radio's under £100 usually only allow you to listen to the stronger international stations If  you are a hardened traveller  we  recommend a digital radio with direct frequency input and a PLL tuner.  This will allow you to input the exact frequency of the radio station you want to listen to.
