Very Important - Please inspect all goods on delivery before signing the delivery note. If this is not possible please write Un Checked on the delivery note. In the event of an item being damaged in transit please refuse it then call us on (01865) 372113 or 01869 246617 and we will arrange a replacement. We can not accept responsibility for any damage that is not reported to us immediately. When you sign the delivery note you are signing to say you have received the goods in good condition.
Radios and Small Appliances Any order placed on this site before 2.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday. UK orders are dispatched on a next day service. International order are dispatched by Airmail and will take between 2 and 10 days depending on destination. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of your chosen appliance you will be contacted immediately and given the option to cancel your order or have it put on back order with an estimated delivery date. Nothing will be charged to your card until the goods are ready for dispatchDomestic Appliances All domestic appliances come direct from the manufacture and typically take 2 - 5 working days (excl. American Appliances & Range Cookers which take between 10 - 21 days depending on the make). You will be notified by telephone of the delivery day on receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that the Manufacture is out of stock of your chosen appliance you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order or have it put on back order with an estimated delivery date. Free Delivery is Subject to Site Conditions. (UK. Mainland Only ) Please Note. If you instruct us to put domestic appliances on back order your credit card will be charged the full cost of the goods. However we will give a full refund anytime up to the day before the goods are due to be delivered. Please note that delivery times may be affected by seasonal demand, at such times we will notify you by telephone of any delays.
Brown Goods (TV, VCR, DVD Hi-Fi etc.) Any order placed on this site before 3.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday. If your chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order.
Projection TV. Delivery and installation for projection screen televisions normally takes between 5 - 10 days from the receipt of your order. We will confirm the product is in stock with manufacture before processing your order. The manufacture will then contact you to agree a date for delivery & installation.
Free UK. Delivery - We offer Free UK delivery on all Major Domestic Appliances. However depending on the make of the product you order this may only apply to the UK Mainland. Please call us on 0845 3306 406 if you live in Northern Ireland or a off shore island and we can let you know what make of appliances can be delivered Free of charge. (Free Delivery is Subject to Site Conditions ) Please Note Some Miele, Samsung and Smeg appliances are subject to a fuel surcharge when delivered to the following postcodes DD, KY, PH, AB, IV and all of shore islands. This additional cost is always shown at the bottom of the relevant page.
Domestic Appliance Installation & Disposal
Disposal - If you select this option there is a charge for the transportation of your old appliance. Please note that this service is not offered for refrigeration. For disposal of refrigeration please see Council Regulation No. 2037/2000
WEEE DIRECTIVE
From the 1st July 2007 all retailers are required to either take back electrical waste on a like for like bases or join a distributors take back scheme. O'Gormans has joined the Valpak Distributor take back scheme. Installation - We offer an optional installation service for most makes of domestic appliance. Please note that our CORGI gas fitters can only connect gas appliances to a standard gas bayonet fitting within 1m of the appliance. Duel fuel cooker require both a Gas bayonet fitting and 30amp Electric cooker socket within 1m of the appliance. IMPORTANT - Gas and Dual fuel connection can not be refunded once the CORGI engineer as visited your home, therefore please ensure you have a gas bayonet fitting as described above.Flats & multi dwelling buildings - From the 1st January 2008 all gas cooking appliances for use in flats and other multi dwelling buildings can not be installed unless they are fitted with a flame failure device. It may not be clear from an address that you are in this type of property. If you are living in a flats or multi dwelling building you must ensure the appliance you order is fitted with this device.
All Electric cooker require a 30amp cooker socket. Wet appliances (washing machines dishwashers) require a standard cold water feed, drain outlet and 13amp plug socket within 1m of the appliance. American Fridge Freezers with Ice and Water dispensers require a standard cold water feed and 13amp plug socket within 1m of the appliance.
Please Note - When you sign your delivery note you are signing to say you have received the goods & services ordered. If you selected the Installation or Disposal options and for whatever reason the driver / installer is unable to carry these instructions please make a note on the delivery note to enable us to refund the installation / disposal fee.
Guarantee Returning Faulty Items
All domestic products supplied are guaranteed for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery.Radios, AV & Brown goods in the event that a product needs to be returned to us for repair, replacement or full refund under the manufactures warranty. Items Under 2kg with packaging should be returned by Royal Mail Special delivery with a covering note stating the nature of fault to the address below. Items Over 2kg Please call 01869 246612 and we will arrange collection of all items Over 2kg. Please note we will not pay your postage for Items Over 2kg if you return the item without first contacting us.

Any under guarantee service work on LCD Televisions will be carried out by the manufactures appointed service agent either in the customers house or at your local service centre.

Please Note The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion, spillage, lightening strikes and appliances used on commercial premises. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us agreeing to do so.Unless otherwise stated all products sold on this site are guaranteed for use on Domestic premises only. If appliances designed for domestic use are use on commercial premises the Manufacturers warranty may be invalidated.

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to O'Gormans 69 Sheep Street, Bicester OX26 6JW at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned unused in their original condition along with all the accessories supplied and manufactures original packaging you will receive a full refund within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. If goods are returned in a un saleable condition they may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 20%All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
