This is not exactly a sales enquiry but I felt I had to drop you a line to thank one of your sales staff for the tremendous help which was given to me.

I phoned and was answered by a lady named Brittany, asking if it would be possible for her to run over the key layout of the E5 as I wanted to buy one and, as a totally blind person, I would not know where to start operating it when it arrived in the post.  She willingly gave me a detailed run' down of the keys and I could tell she was more than happy to do so.  Having downloaded the manual from the internet, thanks to her help, I was able to start using the radio as soon as it arrived and apart from the clock setting, I can use every function on the E5 which is very user friendly for a blind person.

I have had many outright refusals to do similar things from other radio stores and so with much more expensive orders so when I phoned and got such a positive response, it left me with a good feeling and has made enjoying this radio a lasting pleasure.

Price, polite service and speed of delivery all rolled into one.I phoned on Monday 30th June after my fridge broke down at the weekend. I searched for built-in appliances through Google and was fortunate to find your site. Your website reassured me that you were not some fly by night internet merchant that promise something today and then deliver weeks later. Very reassuring was the knowledge of how long the business had been around, the customer letters and surprisingly a photos of your premises. I phoned the number and spoke to a lady who was very polite and efficient and provided me with all the information I needed, and I then placed the order with her. Speed of delivery was key as I was without fridge or freezer due to the breakdown of mine. It was promised for Wednesday 2nd.. and sure enough, it arrived on Wednesday 2nd!

Just a brief note to commend your company on excellent service:  having found that you had a very competitive price, I verbally established last Tuesday that you were out of stock of the Sony SW07 radio but were expecting new stock on Thursday.  You predicted a delivery date to me of Saturday or Monday.  I placed on-line order Thursday morning only to receive the package on Friday morning!  It is extremely satisfying to find a web supplier able to predict with conviction what their stock position will be on a certain day and then to beat expectations on delivery date. 

 I shall certainly look at your website and prices first when I am next in the market for a new electrical item.

Hi Just to let you know I was very impressed with the efficiency my order for a Hotpoint built under oven was dealt with, I received it four working days after ordering. This is the first time I have bought anything of this kind via the internet and will not hesitate doing so in the future.

I usually buy from Comet or John Lewis but after checking prices you were £106 cheaper than Comet and a massive £134 cheaper than John Lewis, although to be fair to them they would have matched Comet‘s price but wouldn‘t match your price. I wonder why ?
