Bosch Tumble Dryers

There are three types of Bosch Tumble Dryer. The cheapest and most basic dryers are Vented Dryers, these are externally vented so all the hot humid air is expelled outside via the vent hose. These dryers are normally C Energy Rated. Condenser Dryers use a condenser to take the moisture out of the exhaust air and can be situated anywhere and there is no exhaust pipe, most have a (B) energy rating. Heat Pump Dryers have a condenser but use a heat exchanger to recycle the heat from the exhaust air making them far more economical to run and giving them an A++ or A+++ energy rating that will have a big impact on your electricity bill.
