The Siemens ED711FQ15E iQ500 Induction hob has 2 induction CombiZones- more flexibility by combining two cooking zones for cooking with even heat distribution for larger cookware like roasters. Each induction zone has its own PowerBoost function for more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs.

The ED711FQ15E has the QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your pot without delay.

The ED711FQ15E has temperature control without knobs or dials: touchSlider control. Our innovative touchSlider technology allows you to control the temperature of the cooking zones either by directly tapping the operating scale or sliding your finger along it. Sensor-based heat regulation takes place in half levels up to the maximum setting of 9.

Also has The turbocharger for powerInduction: powerBoost function. The powerBoost function increases power by up to 50 %. This can save up to 35 % of the time it takes to heat up pots or cook large quantities.
