The Bosch PIX631HC1E Induction hob has 4 induction zones including 4 zones FlexInduction hob. The induction hob with PerfectFry: achieve perfect frying results thanks to automatic temperature control with 4 temperature settings.  The PXE651FC1E has DirectSelect Controls allowing simple selection of the desired cooking zone, power and additional functions. 17 stage power settings with Direct Select operation allowing you to go straight to the setting you want. There is also a 2 stage Hh residual heat indicator for each zone.With the FryingSensor Plus, you can brown your fried foods to perfection on the circular cooking zones. The sensor regulates the temperature, based on 4 frying levels or 9 programmes, and automatically controls the frying process. Every steak comes out perfect. Sometimes you just need a little extra boost when cooking. The improved PowerBoost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs.
