Belling

Belling is a venerable British kitchen‑appliance brand founded in 1912 by Charles Belling in Enfield, north London, initially crafting simple cookers and heaters in a small workshop. Over its century‑long history, the company has introduced numerous UK-first innovations—such as the first enamel‑coated cooker, the first domestic fan oven, the first slot‑in cooker and the first range cooker—and most recently launched the world’s first induction oven. Today, now part of Glen Dimplex Home Appliances, Belling designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of kitchen appliances—most notably freestanding and range cookers in 60 cm to 110 cm widths, built‑in ovens, gas, ceramic and induction hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers and refrigeration units—all produced at its UK facilities (predominantly Merseyside) and widely sold across the UK and internationally.
